You have not committed the changes.  If you would please do that, I'd
like to see everything at once.  If we need to make a change, that's OK.

Right now, from your discussion, I lean toward leaving the user/group
creation in the book.  As the packages mature, we should dreconsider,
but I don't want to remove the user/group just to have to put them back
later.
