In answer to your question I'll say, "I'm not sure". However, I'd bet many see educational benefit. Sorry you don't. In answer to your statement I'll say, "I disagree". In answer to the question you didn't ask, but which is most important, "Why is this being added to the book?", it is because we are making fundamental changes to packages that automate the agreement to licenses, and we will no longer automate this. So, we are providing a section that somewhat tells the readers how to do it. Did you not see the two different discussions we had on this subject? Do you have a better suggestion on how we should go about this? Please, don't hesitate to provide some constructive advice on what we should do.
