Well said. And I totally agree. I think it is bad to allow folks to
just add anything they wish indiscriminately. We should be using
documented tags which have been adopted/established via a legitimate
need by the community.
Since 'docs' is unused now, and the future is undecided, I'm going to
change this to 'root' so it's at least consistent with the book as it
is. When the tagging is decided on, we'll have a boatload of changes
anyway, so one more won't make a difference.
