Unless there are objections I'd like to make the following changes to
the MesaLib instructions:
1. Change the "Recommended" and "Optional" downloads to be like all the
rest of the book and display them with full URLs (this allows to cut and
paste from Lynx, for example).
2. Consolidate the *two different* notes about not installing this
package if using XFree86 into one note.
3. Add a little reminder about ${XORG_CONFIG} (it uses it, but makes no
specific mention of it, instead references "X Window System installation
path").
4. Change "commands" (plural) to singular in the installation description
5. In the "commands explanation" section, change the description to be
capitalized (some are, some aren't - Most in book are)
6. Change "Installed Directories" to singular as only one appears to be
installed.
