Hi all,

I suppose we need to decide how to go forward with the incompatibility
of Gutenprint (formerly Gimp-Print) with the GIMP.

Stable GIMP (2.2.x and no real roadmap to the 2.4 version) doesn't
work with Gutenprint. It requires the ancient Gimp-Print.

I propose:

Leave Gimp-Print in the book and add Gutenprint. Then add a note to
Gimp-Print that you should be using Gutenprint, but you'll need to
install Gimp-Print if you want printing services from the GIMP.

FYI, Gimp-Print and Gutenprint co-exist peacefully, except for the
advanced GIMP print driver. Gutenprint will overwrite the Gimp-print
one, and vice-versa I believe.

Any other suggestions?
