I think I was the one who had put the seds at the time when tcl and tk
did not support installation of private headers. The seds probably got
removed when the installation was modified after the build changes
made upstream.

Fedora and Gentoo modify the tclConfig.sh after the installation in
DESTDIR. There might be a reason why they don't patch the file before
compiling the package.
