but as this very special patch is a one-liner where just the delimiter 
in the sed is changed thus an obvious fix to an obvious error, i have no 
problems with this really special patch to be commited untested.

i never use "/" as sed delimiter, as most implementations will fail as 
mentionned by the original poster. some implementations rally behave as 
intented, but most don't honour the quotations-marks inside the search 
string.
