 I build lcms1 for ufraw (which isn't in the book, so not a reason
to keep it), and my git log shows that I moved it a bit earlier in
my build so that poppler could use it.   Will have to check that,
and versions, and grep to see if anything else is mentiioned, when
I resume development.
