 For my own builds, I was happy to drop xulrunner when the webkit
fork of epiphany became available.  I used to get really annoyed by
having to rebuild everything that had been linked to a previous
version of xulrunner.

 On the occasions when I updated xulrunner, building it added
significantly to the overhead of updating the book for a new version
of firefox.  On modern hardware the time isn't so bad, but the
aggravation probably remains.
