That refers to the process the hint writers (e.g. me) use to submit hints
to the maintainer of the hints archive (Tushar, I think).

Who gave you the idea that my hint is under the GFDL? The hint's license
is clearly stated at the beginning of the hint in the line that starts
with LICENSE. It is Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 2.0
(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.0/)
An updated version is a derivative work and the CCAND license clearly
states that creating derivative works is prohibited.
