Yes, Alexander commented out the page a long time ago. >From what I've understood, he didn't really wanted to have an unmaintained page in the Book, since he didn't had the time to keep the section updated it anymore. He first asked the list though for his decision. I remember that he was asking also, if there was another that he was willing to keep it updated like the way he did.
