traceroute-2.0.12 fails on stable lfs build with :
default.rules:192: *** recipe commences before first target. Stop.
make: *** [traceroute] Error 2

Seems to be a problem with the manual installation. I thought I had
used this version on LFS-6.7 , but maybe not.
I downloaded traceroute-2.0.17 from sourceforge and it installs and
works correctly.
