HI

@Armin
I tried installing the packages again this time make and make install
worked fine for all at-spi2-core and the other at- packages but the make
checks fail I ignored the make checks like you said and went on with make
install which worked fine.
Is it ok to ignore the make check resuts as they say a of 1 test failed

@Ken and @Armin
I tried running wpa_supplicant but it dint work again I get the following
(no interfaces have a carrier)

root [ / ]# wpa_supplicant -B -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -iwlan0
-Dnl80211,wext
root [ / ]# sleep 2 # let it settle
root [ / ]# dhcpcd
dhcpcd[1567]: version 5.5.6 starting
dhcpcd[1567]: no interfaces have a carrier
dhcpcd[1567]: forked to background, child pid 1593

What do I have to do now I have installed it as per the book but I cant get
a connection.

James
