This looks like IPv6 is missing in kernel.

Have you tried without mem= parameter on kernel command line? I wasn't 
following thread, I don't really know which hardware do you have.

Doesn't look like memory corruption to me. More like misconfiguration at 
some point. Some user at Archlinux solved the same problem by 
reinstalling. I guess you could rebuild whole system weren't you 
debugging this.
