Gimp is probably the main reason to build WebKitGTK+ NOT-2 with GTK+-2 and it already says: "WebKitGTK+-1.10.2 (this must be compiled with the GTK+ 2 backend for the Gimp to use it as its help browser)". Actually, just listing the necessary configure flags would be shorter.
