Now that you mentioned this, I took a look at Epiphany. It has a "back" 
button that lets you get back to the previous page (in case you were 
talking about that "back" button). Epiphany 3.8 is ported to WebKit2 and 
now it can use adobe's flashplugin without any problems - no GTK+3 
version could do it before. There is private browsing, tabs, few built 
in extensions - no more epiphany-extensions package, etc.

back/forward buttons.
