No.  Once a stable release is made, we don't change it.  Generally we 
just add entries to errata.

The patches for 7.4 are available in the main repo, but also those 
specific to 7.4 are in 
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/downloads/7.4/patches/.

I just now made a link so
