Note that we get the data from:

On that page, the top-menu has a link, 'raw', that gives text-only
format, and that has url:

; difference between the two urls is the '/file/' in former, and
'/raw-file/' in latter. Is the html easier to parse?
(But yeah, '.txt != text' ... 'what is the world coming to ...' .)
and then insert a header to make it compatible with out scripts.
The raw file does not have an embedded date. We need the html file to get
that just to see if we need to update.
