As it happened, I had to go back to 8.1 to test that the use of
texlive on the mutt manual still "works" (inverted commas because
the result is iffy, but it has been like that for ages - a lot of
packages which use parts of TeX for docs get stuck using
constructions that probably worked fine when they were written,
there was an example in the kernel cd docs which got a patch this
weekend to fix build breakage - at some point the old markup for
German "sharp s" 'ß' had changed).

So I've just added Tk (also can be used in ptex and conTeXt) to the
runtime deps in current svn.

If you get a wiki ID, you could add that - probably on the texlive
page (since it is specific to using evince with texlive). Or in
both.
