Victor, thanks for the help. So are you saying that if I need to replace
the motherboard then the recovery disk will fail? I think this is true,
as this happened with my first desktop computer, which was made by Tiny
(remember them?). When the motherboard and power went on my computer, I
had to have both of them replaced, and the recovery media failed to
work, which I discovered the hard way, so had to buy a new copy of
Windows ME. Thanks again for the help.
