Hi Lenny, Even though your computer is dated back to 2004, the trial period of one year doesn't really begin until you register it.
So if you went online and created your username and password, that is when your one year trial period would start. As for View Point, I can look around for you, although Rick has pointed out that it is a media player of sorts. If I find any other useful information, I'll post it for you.
