Victor, thanks for the help, however I have 2 issues. One, I live in the UK so don't fancy making long distance calls, so could I send the issue via e-mail? Two, I have an OEM version of Windows XP. Now I was told that if I tell them that they may suspect I have an illegal copy, is this right? If so, then I don't see the point in filing the issue personally for the above reason.
