Victor, thanks for all the help I've received so far, much appreciated.
I think I will give them an e-mail and we'll go from there. Least I'm OK
in respect to that I don't need to pay for this kind of support and that
they shouldn't ask for my Windows serial number. Thanks again for the
help, and, when I get a response I shall share it all with you.
