Hi Tony, I hit control+p, and it worked this time. How weird is that? There is one strange thing though. My printer used to have a male voice speak "printing started" when I would start printing. When the printing was done it would say "printing complete" This time when I printed out my document it didn't say anything. Do you know how i can get the voice to speak again? If not it's no big deal, but I kind of liked that feature of my printer. I really appreciate your help!
