Hi Lisa.

I know the Lexmark has this feature with the voice, but I don't have a
Lexmark. Perhaps whatever stopped the spooler service also messed up your
printer's voice prompts. Off hand, I'd say try reinstalling the software
that came with your printer. I couldn't find anything about your difficulty
on google. Hope this helps.

Hi Tony,
I hit control+p, and it worked this time. How weird is that? There is one
strange thing though. My printer used to have a male voice speak "printing
started" when I would start printing. When the printing was done it would
say "printing complete" This time when I printed out my document it didn't
say anything. Do you know how i can get the voice to speak again? If not
it's no big deal, but I kind of liked that feature of my printer. I really
appreciate your help!
Take care,
Lisa
