Hi. I'm using internet explorer 7 with Windows XP and Jaws 9. I've got Google as my home page and I'm having trouble when going into websites. Sometimes I get the page up and Jaws reads the links and everything ok, but other times, I'll open a page and everything might work for a while, but then all of a sudden, Jaws just stops talking and I get a message asking me if I want to send an error report to Microsoft. There's no consistency with this problem. I use the internet a lot for shopping etc. Sometimes I can complete my shopping but other times Jaws just freezes in the middle and I have to re-start my computer. It's just the internet that's causing the problem because if I have any other windows open at the same time, for example, word or outlook express, those applications work absolutely fine.
Please could anyone come up with a suggestion as to how I can fix this problem as it's frustrating me now. I've been into internet options and reset the advanced settings to default but that's made no difference. Thanks for any help anyone can give me on this.
