go to system by either pressing windows key plus pause or by going to control panel, system. go to the advanced tab. once there, hit space on the error reporting button. then, select the radio button to disable error reporting. there is a checkbox after this to notify you about critical errors, you can either have this checked or unchecked.
Note: this will not fix your problem with Internet explorer, it will simply stop those pesky error reports. hth, orhan.
