After going through the list in that settings dialogue, I think it's the one 
they call exclamation!

I see that it's also possible to select a windows default sound scheme, but 
that would just reset the file names for the default sounds, so unless that 
one's not linked to:
Windows XP Exclamation.wav

don't think it would really help.

Once you move down to that list item though, you can tab over to a preview 
button and if you hit space on it, you'll be able to confirm if that's the 
problematic sound, in which case we can get you the original and you can 
then go replace it in that folder.
