Up until recently, I was using Office 2000 and Windows XP. That was not a problem until I loaded Service Pack 3. Apparently, some of the changes created by that modification make Outlook 2000 no longer accessible. The program is there but it won't open at all.
There are patches available from Microsoft on the Office page but they don't seem to work. My only choice was to upgrade to Office 2003. As soon as I did, Outlook became accessible again. Office 2000 including Word, Outlook, Excel and so on was a very popular program in its day. However, if you are running Office 2000 in your XP machine, you might want to keep the problems we had in mind.
