Al, I have XP Home on my system. Perhaps that makes a difference. It took a while for the problem to arise but it did. It might be the different versions of Windows that is causing the problem. Thanks for the follow up. I have upgraded to Office 2003 and I'm very happy with the results.

I have WIN XP pro here and at the office and all is working well Al -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of John Justice Sent: Saturday, June 21, 2008 1:18 PM To: BLIND COMPUTING MAILING LIST Subject: [Blind-Computing] WARNING FOR ALL OUTLOOK 2000 USERS Up until recently, I was using Office 2000 and Windows XP. That was not a problem until I loaded Service Pack 3. Apparently, some of the changes created by that modification make Outlook 2000 no longer accessible. The program is there but it won't open at all. There are patches available from Microsoft on the Office page but they don't seem to work. My only choice was to upgrade to Office 2003. As soon as I did, Outlook became accessible again. Office 2000 including Word, Outlook, Excel and so on was a very popular program in its day. However, if you are running Office 2000 in your XP machine, you might want to keep the problems we had in mind.
