Hi Everyone, I cannot bring up the Internet with my laptop. I was doing just fine until Wednesday and I am at a lost how to fix this problem. My son originally set up the laptop with the router about 4 years ago and he cannot find any information what he did.
I have a Dell laptop with NetGear wireless router. When I turn on the computer, it said that I am connected to the router, but when I tried to bring up IE7, it comes back not able to make the connection or something like that. Can anyone tell me what to do or send me step by step instructions on how to establish connection with the router and eventually get on the Internet? The router is connected to my desktop and I am writing this E-mail from here. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
