Hi folks. I'm using Vista Home and latest JAWS 9. I have a brand new Dell laptop.
I have Bluetooth capability installed on my new computer. I also purchased a set of BlueTooth headphones. With sighted help, I had the headphones fully charged, and then had them synched up successfully with the bluetooth on the computer using the pass key. However, we couldn't get the headphones to work at all. The JAWS and music sounds continued to come through the laptop speakers only. The volume for the headphones was turned up and not muted, so that wasn't the problem. The headphones were physically turned on as well. Anyone who has used Bluetooth headphones, and knows the steps that worked for them to get it working, I'd appreciate any suggestions on how you did it. AS of right now, we are royally stumped over here. Again, this is on a laptop which is totally new to me. Thanks much. Chris Feist - The one and only!
