Hi. Thanks. I'll give that a try. However, even music was still coming through the laptop speakers and not the Blutooth headphones, so it' snot just JAWS that isn't coming through. I wonder if there is a toggle setting or something that switches to go from speakers to headphones when you want to use Blutooth headphones or something like that. We didn't see anything like that, though. It's confusing.

With sighted help, I had the headphones fully charged, and then had them synched up successfully with the bluetooth on the computer using the pass key. However, we couldn't get the headphones to work at all. The JAWS and music sounds continued to come through the laptop speakers only. The volume for the headphones was turned up and not muted, so that wasn't the problem. The headphones were physically turned on as well. Anyone who has used Bluetooth headphones, and knows the steps that worked for them to get it working, I'd appreciate any suggestions on how you did it.
