Ok, sounds like over heating which has been stated a couple times. If the issue is with a desktop computer, try opening the case for a while and see if the issue persists. If it is a laptop you might look into getting one of those $20-$30 cooling fans that sit under your laptop.
Over heating is the enemy. You may need to replace the fan or in the case of a desktop, add another one. As to the rebooting issue someone mentioned, this can be heat or a program error. Some people have had issues with Windows SP3 causing reboots. Just another two cents offering.
