Hi Michael, Welcome to the list! You didn't mention what version of Windows you are using, but here it is for XP. I believe that folder is hidden by default. While you are in the documents and settings folder, You will need to go to the tools menu, then folder options, and then the view tab. once there, tab to the tree-view of settings, and then arrow to show hidden files and folders and turn it on. Tab to the apply button, and spacebar that,then to the okay button, and spacebar that. Local settings should show up in the, default user, folder, and the owner, or your name folder.
