This sure is a mystery to me.. I did the check disk but still no word, just the same message... I can't think what's hogging all the memory for Word to not load. I did find some 300 plus things in my Temp folder but it wasn't listed as before under windows, instead it was on the my computer listed under HP administrator which is me. So I thought of removing all of those but wasn't sure if it would make matters worse, would you know?
