Hi Patricia, I saw that you've used the check disk thing, but did you do what I told you to do with the spyware scanners?
I think you have to do those, then run the Reg Scrub, followed by a reboot of your system. I still think that's the way to go because that's how I always fix errors of those kinds. I actually Googled this problem a long time ago, and that was the fix recommended. Try those and let us know what happens.
