hi Victor. , I did a re set on the Muvo and it worked. when I did format it 
though be for having this problums be for doing a re set it was formatted as 
FAT32, since that was the format that was selectid and I followed your 
instructions for how to do that that you sent in another e mail regarding 
this player. I also didn't see a cd with any instructions on it just the 
printed manuwell. well thx. from Mich.
