Hi Victor,
You are correct, control+ Alt + Delete,
brings up the Windows Task Manager
This is a Windows keystroke,and is not application specific, unless the keyboard has been remapped.

Are you sure it wasn't another keystroke that you pressed to do that?

Last I checked, that key combination of control-alt-delete brings up the task manager, no matter what program you're on.

Can you let me know?
