I think this is a restore registry file that cCleaner creates. It's a backup
file containing previous state of your registry and you can use in case that
cCleaner did something wrong to your registry and something doesn't work and
things like that. I suggest not importing the information from this and any
other file that prompts you to do this, unless you are sure what you are
doing and it's absolutely necessary.

I tried to do a search for this and found nothing. Is this something I
should add to the registry? Any and all advice will be greatly
