Hi Mike,
If you have C Cleaner installed, that is a registry backup.
No need to do anything with it
Should you have a system problem after running C Cleaner,
that is a file that it would use to restore your registry to it's previous
state.

I tried to do a search for this and found nothing. Is this something I
should add to the registry? Any and all advice will be greatly
appreciated.
