Gerald, When I print envelopes, I follow the procedure you do, but when I enter on the print button, another menu window comes up for my HP printer. I cannot read this menu in the normal JAWS mode, so I have to use the JAWS key plus the minus key to, "route JAWS to PC". At that point the cursor lands right on the continue button, and I use the one key, which is like a left mouse click. Then my envelope prints.
