Thanks, Tom. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the problem. It turned out
that I had the wrong feed option selected for my printer. I changed it from
Man. Envelope to Auto Select on the Printer tab of the Options sub-dialog of
the Envelopes and Labels dialog, and I'm back in business. I really hate the
confusing Word 2007 ribbon menu system, and apparently so do a lot of other
users, judging from the popularity of Word 2003 emulators.

When I print envelopes, I follow the procedure you do, but when I enter
on the print button, another menu window comes up for my HP printer. I
cannot read this menu in the normal JAWS mode, so I have to use the JAWS
key plus the minus key to, "route JAWS to PC".
At that point the cursor lands right on the continue button, and I use
the one key, which is like a left mouse click. Then my envelope prints.
