Hi Chrissy, When we press the applications key on "any program", arrow to "Send To", press enter, the, Desktop "create shortcut" or Mail Recipient choices are not there. We are trying to figure out how we can add these 2 choices into the "Send To" sub-menu. This is strange and we're just trying to fix this minor headache. Thanks much, take care. Mike
