Hi list,
I have a USB flash drive. I was told that apart from holding more information.
They are much more durable than the old floppydisks I have been using. My
question is. Are they more or less plug and play? For example, can I just plug
it into one of my USB ports on my desktop or notebook and be ready to go? Or is
there anything else I need to do first? From what I understand, the flash drive
should just automatically show up as a new drive in "my computer". Is that
correct? If so, I assume then. That to save a file from MS word onto the drive.
I just preceed the filename with the required drive letter e.g drive E etc
Followed by the usual ":". Is that correct?
thanks Jason
