Only mention of it I could now find in the jaws help is in fact to turn it
off during say all, so not sure how else you'd change it since that's in the
configuration manager, set options, say all dialogue, and it won't affect
the speaking of it when you're manually moving around in a document/email.

I want to stop JAWS from saying the word "blank" when I come to a blank
line while down arrowing
through an email or document. I have tried going into the JAWS
