Hi Marilyn, You can also, 1. Press Jaws/insert key + F2. 2. Arrow down to configuration manager and press enter. 3. If you are wanting to make changes in the application you are currently in, for example, Outlook Express, press alt + S to open the configuration manager for Outlook Express. 4. If you want to go to the default JCF configuration manager press control, shift, + D, then alt + S to open.
