Hi, This means the Windows Installer, Nulsoft etc. or some uninstaller package has been removed in part, or is missing files or has been corrupted. There is no way at this point to uninstall the program correctly. If you're brave, it's on to deleting folders, shortcut and Registry entries dealing with the program. A system restore and a registry export first are advisable.
