The simple way is to install the program again if you have the instalation
file and uninstall it without messing with the registry.

Hi,
This means the Windows Installer, Nulsoft etc. or some uninstaller package
has been removed in part, or is missing files or has been corrupted.
There is no way at this point to uninstall the program correctly.
If you're brave, it's on to deleting folders, shortcut and Registry
entries
dealing with the program.
A system restore and a registry export first are advisable.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Removing File
I am having trouble removing a file or program in my Control Panel. It
says it cannot remove because it cannot find the installer package. I
look
for any file with the same name in the search and I cannot find anything.
I
think this is some type of program with a virus of some sort.
