I have no idea myself what mspaint is, but if you follow the Solona
instructions, you can save the captia as an image file. You just press
Alt-Print Page, type "mspaint" into the Run dialog, hit Enter and press
Control-V to paste the result into mspaint to create the image file for
uploading. Then you select Save As from the File menu to save it to your
location of choice, like the desktop or My Documents so that you can easily
retrieve it for submission to Solona. I have already tried it and it works.

Yvonne, it tells you all in the instructions. Basically you log in to
Twitter first, open the page where the captcha is, do a screenshot and
paste that into Paint. You then save that image as a 256 colour bitmap
file. You then log into Solona and upload that image. When an
operator's there it'll say on, and vice versa. Hope this helps.
